Based in one of South Africa’s fastest growing provinces, KwaZulu-Natal, TLC  services clients in all of South Africa’s major business areas including Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town as well as the surrounding areas of each major centre. In cooperation with our international partners, TLC services both Local and International clients.

Training Leadership Consulting was founded on the belief that a Professional Services company is in business to provide exceptional service to fit each clients unique set of needs.

The “One Size Fits All” approach does not work in the Professional Services Environment. Our clients have unique needs and each of our client’s situations is considered individually before we start to provide a road map for the way forward.
